I think you do a great job with the cleaning and your cleaners are not pushy, not trying to sell me everything under the sun and the end price is normally what I was quoted on the phone no surprises. Bob, the man that did my carpet this week, did an exceptional job and was very courteous - great employee!

I chose zerorez because it won't leave behind harsh chemicals that can harm myself or my pets.

The personal attention from the fellows that came out. They had a very busy day, and were so nice, respectful, courteous. Carpet looks great!! They explained why where the carpet meets tile get the brunt of the wear, complimented us on the carpet too.

No chemical cleaning. The customer service was excellent, the guys were polite and patient (they worked with and around a dog and a 4 and 2 year old). The crew asked about the stains and were able to get out things I had not been able to. They put extra effort into a hard stain and got it out.

Dave was wonderful, helpful and very kind and did extra work, if you ask me. Just a wonderful person. I wish him the best a very hard worker. I had Zerorez last year and I don't think the worker was as good. I like Dave.

You provide the best carpet cleaning products and services I've ever encountered. Your commitment to the customer is evident in how you answer the phone, send a reminder, send complete information on how the customer should prepare for their appt, etc. Then, your technicians call before they arrive, provide fantastic service by assessing each situation and fully explaining what they plan to do and how much it will cost. Follow up is done with an emailed receipt, thank you and satisfaction survey. A++++

Eco-conscious/health-conscious, effective, and cost-efficient service; knowledgeable and professional carpet care specialists. Products did not have a harsh chemical scent. Carpet dried relatively quickly - we could walk on it almost immediately after it was cleaned.
