Duct cleaning work: Chris and Eric were at my door on time and walked into my house with these little blue socks over their shoes. Everytime they went outside they took them off, and everytime they came back in they put them on. Long hose with a twirrlie wirrlie thing on the end (I'm sure there is a name for it). Went into all of our floor heat vents and wall cold air intake vents. Long story short, they WORKED the entire time at my house. No phone calls, no texting, just plain working. Very refreshing I might say. Best money I have ever spent. We are breathing easier and when I need my carpets cleaned I will call you guys. Thank you for giving me what I paid for.

Chris is a great guy to be working for you. He was very accommodating and personable. It was the best carpet cleaning I have ever had done here. In the Tucson area we have another fellow who does a magnificent job as well.

It was easy to schedule the appointment. The crew was efficient and worked hard. I felt like the lead person Chris really cared if he got the stains out left from the dogs and was actually disappointed that it would probably be impossible!
Your techicians were professional and where in and out quickly. They explained what they were doing and removed stains that I thought were permanent. I would definately have them out again.

The service was friendly and prompt. The carpets look amazing. My only concern, the person who recommended zerorez to me was given a complimentary spot cleaner in between cleanings, I was not. Is that available to everyone?
Our carpets were stained pretty good from our pets, and your company did a FANTASTIC job at getting them cleaned. The carpets in the bed rooms look almost new, and the carpet in our living room is GREAT. Keep in mind our carpet is over 8 years old in the house. We shouldn't need to replace the carpet for at least a few years. Thanks Zerorez for a GREAT job........

The two friendly workers showed up on time and did a very thorough job. They got spots out of our carpet that I thought would be there forever!
Robert cleaned our carpets last week and he went way above and beyond in my daughter's room. There were high traffic stains and something bright pink and he got all of it out! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, flexible...just a really great guy! I will recommend zerorez to all my friends! I also like the fact that zerorez will refill my spot treatment free of charge every time they clean our carpets!
I best liked the technician explaining each step in the cleaining process. He was very
professional (& personable!) I had some pretty awful spots that I didn't have a lot of
hope for in getting 100% clean. I had done some work on them & broke down the fiber &
he explained to me that was why they were as good as he could make them. I toally understand. The whole experience was a good one.

I liked: flexibility of scheduling, the confirmation email, getting a reminder call with the "service window" two days before the service, service tech was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like the service provided was a good value. I have recommended Zerorez to several friends -- one has aleady booked her appointment for this weekend.
