Your technicians are very thorough and ensure that the customer is satisfied with their work before leaving. They are very careful while pulling the hose through the house placing bumper guards on the corner walls and a curtain over the front door. This was the 4th time you have cleaned for us and the only one we will ever use in the future.
The fact that your process leaves no residue is such a plus. I can't wait to get our new carpets and use Zerorez cleaning from the get-go. Everything about Zerorez is great, from the process of cleaning to the technicians who have always been so helpful and informative.

The ZeroRez staff is great! Chris provided service to my home. He called ahead to say that he was on his way. He was on time and he did a great job cleaning our carpets. He was knowledgeable and I felt that he takes pride in what he does. He also suggested that my heating and A/C ducts be cleaned, so he stayed to complete that job as well. Chris and ZeroRez was professional and a pleasure to work with.
I've used other carpet cleaning companies and they don't get all the dirt and stains out. I have 2 large dogs and white carpet, I know Zerorez will get every last spot out. My carpets look like new when they finish.

The technician that does the job makes "all the difference" in the world. Having never tried zerorez before, I was a bit skeptical but now....A TOTAL BELIEVER !!! Our technician was Tyler and he knew right away the job was bigger and would take longer than what the office suggested. Instead of being crabby, or working fast, or cutting corners he was exaclty the opposite...he explained the process zerorez uses, all of the services zerores offers and after a walk through he was on his merry way to do the job. I have NEVER seen a technician working for a company like this young man...knowledgeable, patient and what us old timers would call "a real company man". He was a delight to work with and I will NEVER USE ANYONE BUT ZEROREZ. Your technician needs to be complimented for doing such a wonderful job on all my cleaning needs and also for demonstrating such a good work ethic for the company. My neighbors were a bit leary of using zerorez simply because they had never thought about it ... the were over yesterday and saw the results and were very impressed. Professional staff (on time, clean cut, went right to their work after asking some very intelligent questions about the stains that were later completely removed), was respectful, able, and kind. The amazingly bright cleaning results....and the citrus smell in the air upon completion was in a word..."perfect"!
