When I was unhappy about the result I received in one of the rooms and indicated that on my feedback someone called me the next day. Aaron came out a few days later. He could smell what I could smell, it smelled like decomp. he cleaned, deodorized & neutralized it I believe. It was remarkably better right away. I am still going to replace the carpet, but this will allow me to by some time, plus it validated me, that there was an awful odor there that shouldn't be. I have told many people about Zerorez and Aaron in particularly. Hang on to him! Awesome customer service.
