I was so impressed with the quality of service that Zerorez provided that I will recommend your company to everyone I know. One thing that impressed me was how clean my carpets were without the stiff soapness that other carpet cleaners or machines leave behind. I had some red stains from soda that my carpet cleaner could not get out but Jon Wiedel, my technician, said those would be no problem to get out. He was right! They came out completely without any damage to my carpet. In fact you would never know that they were ever there.

Zerorez made our carpets look better then when we moved in four years ago. They are clean safe for kids and pets and the whole house smelled clean. The services were great, I like how my carpet feels better than it did before. It doesn't feel grimey or dirty like the products used are attracting dirt. Dennis our technician was wonderful. He was friendly and did a great job. He even threw in some area's for free :).

I was pleased with the professional that came to the house. He was not pushy at all, worked quickly, thoroughly and the carpet was very dry for just having been cleaned!

Great job! A bit later than what we would have chosen, but we were called numerous times the evening of the cleaning for updates on when he would arrive. We greatly appreciated it! The roads were also icey. Overall great job, and we would certainly recommend and use your service again.

Very friendly technician that came out to our home, explained what he was doing, and did a great job. Everything went as expected, what we were told would happen, happened (i.e. received the phone call within 48 hours of set appointment day to narrow down a window of time, and then the day of the appointment the technician called within 15-20 minutes of his arrival time). The final total we paid, was exactly what we were quoted over the phone, so no surprises!

The carpets look wonderful, there was no smell and it was total dry within 24 hours, but the best part of the service was the Technician Aaron, he was so nice and respectful, he explained what he would be doing, made suggestions and just made us feel good that we called your company. Aaron is the reson we are haveing you come back to clean the rest of the house and why we feel good about telling our friends about the execellect service we received.

Unfortunately, I have one plant stain that came back up a few days after Zerorez left, obviously there must have been dirt left in the pad below the carpet that soaked back up.
