the service tech explained what he was doing and what we can expect when the carpet dried

I like how clean my carpets looked after the service and continue to look. I have been cleaning my carpets for the past several years with a home carpet machine and I can tell you that I will never go back to that. I am glad that I was introduced to ZeroRez.

Friendly service, explained in detail the products and fees. Carpet looks great! We had a coffee stain (approx 2 years old - same age as the carpet) on our new carpet that was such an eye sore, we couldn't get it out. Zerorez got it out!! I would recommend to everyone!!

I like how they Zerorez worked around my time. The cleaner called before and after the job was done. He pointed out some bad areas that he could not get out, but when I looked for them I could not find anything " I guess he was very picky " I have and will use them again.

What do you like about our products and services?

The deep clean was amazing, the smell is still fresh, I can't believe what the empowered water sucked up. It was costly, but our pet stains were very bad, on top and deep down. Princess is doing great now that the stains are gone, we have our good dog back again! We will have zero rez back soon.

Our carpet and tile floors have not looked this good in a long time. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend Zerorez to all my family and friends.
