The technician and his assistant were very knowledgeable and professional. The clean scent, clean appearance and lack of sticky residual on the carpet was great.

The service person was on time and courteous. The cleaning met our expectations, but he suggested a "scotchguard" type product be applied, since our carpet is old, and that product left the carpet hard rather than supple. I tried to clean up a new spill immediately about one week later, and it certainly did not come out any better than it did before. I would NOT recommend the extra expense for the stain protection product and will never do that again!

this is the second time we used zerorez and this time was better than the first. The cleaner seemed to work the machine harder and we got even better results. No residue.

Your services exceeded our expectations. Your technician was on time, polite, and professional in every way. We were skeptical about the stains on our teenage daughter's carpet - make-up, soda, nail polish, and who-knows-what... and it all came out! What do you like about our products and services?

It's the first time I feel like my carpet is actually clean! My carpet is almost 12 years old and it looks like new. The house also smells clean. No other carpet cleaning service has been able to get my carpets this clean!
