Considering that we waited seven years to have our carpet cleaned, we were very pleased with the results that Zerorez achieved. We had dogs in our home during the seven years and were concerned that we'd have to replace the carpet, but after the cleaning we feel we can get several more years of use from our carpet. We were very impressed with the Zerorez technicians that cleaned our carpet and tile. They were on time, explained what they were going to do and asked if we had any questions before starting.
We also had planned to have Zerorez clean our area rugs in our home, but when the technicians explained the process they go through at their Carpet Care facility we decided to have the rugs cleaned by their Rug Specialist and returned to us without a delivery charge.

The citrus smell and the fact that everything was non toxic. The person who did our carpets was very courteous and efficient. Our carpets looked very good.

I like the fact that there are no chemicals left in my carpet / furniture. I didn't have to have windows / doors open to cope with any smell. My house smelled fresh when they left. The 2 men who came, Erick and Nate, were very professional and knowledgeable. Overall my experience with Zerorez was absolutely wonderful. I would (and have) recommend your services to others.

This is the first time I've used Zerorez, and it was for a wool area rug that we've had for 8 years that we've never had cleaned before. It was so nice to have them pick up our rug and dropped it off, at our convenience. We live in Shakopee, MN., so it would have been a drive to Roseville, 2 times. They were right on time to picked it up and they dropped it off on a Saturday morning. And when they brought it back, it was rolled nicely with brown kraft paper and also a thick plastic cover over that, which was good because I needed to store the rug in the basement because of a remodeling project in our home. The rug is so nice and clean and fresh. I didn't realize how dirty it was until we seen how bright and new it looks now. We will recommend Zerorez to our friends and family and we'll use Zerorez again for future cleanings.

They work, they are "non-toxic," and they leave no smell (other than an orange scent). The carpet on my stairway was so dirty that I was making plans to replace it. But the first time Zerorez was here they cleaned up that carpet so well that I scrapped my plans to replace it. The people who have come to my home to do the cleaning have been courteous and competent. Thank you for your excellent work.

Did a very good job on getting my carpets clean. They are aprox 30 years old but in pretty good condition for the age. We "live" in our home no kids, but animals.When they got done, they almost looked brand new.
