I liked seeing the dirt disappear right before my eyes, and the fact that it was not leaving behind any soap residue is a plus. It even did a good job on the obvious traffic patterns. Employees were very nice too. No complaints.

I liked how it didn't smell like there were chemicals being poured on my carpeting. My Lead Technician was wonderful and very helpful. He made sure we were on the same page on what needed to be cleaned. He also was able to get out some stains that were hard to get out previously! Thanks Zerorez!

The cleaning was fast and there was no chemical smell. Just a nice orange scent during cleaning and then no scent afterwards. Our Technician, Tim, was very professional and respectful of our home.

Its good for the environment, friendly staff made me well aware of any concerns, took the time to go over the costs and options. One room we were trying to determine if the carpet needed to be replaced and cleaned it looked brand new.

I was told that I would be provided with a fan since it is a highly used area and there are kids. Evidently there was no note on the order for a fan. The service guy was not helpful with the fan thing. He said if it's not requested no fan. He could have at least called to check. Not that big of a deal, the carpet dried pretty quickly. Since I'm in alumni relations at a university I'm big on customer service. We were told there would be a fan so the tech could have made a call and at least apologized for it not being on the order.

I just wanted to send a quick message and let you know that the service provided by Bob and Bobby for my carpet cleaning was a wonderful experience. They were knowledgable, courteous, informative and very hard working, diligent and careful about the work they did. I had heard about Zerorez on radio ads about how good the cleaning product is, but I didn't hear how great the service was. When I experience service like Bob and Bobby provided, I want to make sure you know about it and give them a lot of credit for representing your company so well.

After cleaning, the difference in the "before" and "after" was so dramatic I couldn't believe it was the same carpet. High traffic areas where I thought I would have to live with the darkened and worn path seems to have disappeared and the carpet looks like an entirely different color. I would highly recommend Zerorez.

First of all, Lee and Josh were SO nice! They explained everthing and also told me about the grout cleaning which I ended up getting done in my downstairs bathroom-Looks great-Also I had 3 area rugs which they took to get cleaned saving me the hassle of dropping off and picking up.

I just had a renter move out and he trashed my townhouse. Wasn't sure if the carpet was going to be replaced or not. Certain heavily stained areas will still have to be replaced. But the rest of the carpet looked great like it was new again.

Attention to Detail, the carpet which is out-dated but still in good shape looked absolutely GREAT!!! They had spent an incredible amount of time on our couch and matching Love Seat (which really impressed) myself and my husband Name removed, and looked like new when they finished my husband Name removed was extremely impressed with the professional manner. Placing the Styrofoam blocks under the feet of the couch Love seat and dinning room table impressed me even more!!! The carpet is the cleanest it has ever been and it is over 15 years old. I currently have my area rug into the shop for cleaning and would like to have my leather recliners cleaned.

It Worked! I got the pet odor out of my carpets, and I got them clean.

The service was fast and the carpet dried with no chemical residues left in it or strong perfume scents.

The guys showed up early, explained the process and worked through my house quickly. They left it in the same condition it was in when they showed up.

Great customer service

The guys were both very friendly and professional. They were able to clean some very difficult make up stains much more than expected. The fresh citrus scent and lack of soapy, chemical smell was very positive and they were able to get out most of the stain areas. We will definitely recommend them and use them again! This was a much better experience than we've had in the past.
