The tech who came to our house (Roman I believe) was very friendly and clearly explained all of Zerorez's services and products. He made sure I didn't have any questions before beginning and went over the billing prior to doing the work. The carpets look great!!!

It dried quick and carpets came really clean. What I didn't like it that I got an extra charge for a larger room, which is fine. But why not give me a price cut on a room that is under the 15x15 measurment? Or combine the 1 1/2 room plus 1/2 room to make 2 rooms and not charge the extra $25.

First that my carpets look so fabulous-I was not going to have one bedroom cleaned when the technician got here and just get new carpet-but he sais let's try it and now it looks new! ALso the technician was awesome-so nice, explained everything and worked sooooo hard to get the maximum results.

I like that are safe for the environment and that the carpet dries quickly, smelling fresh and clean. Great job and friendly service techs.

Thoroughness on the technicians part. Was willing to keep me up to date as to what was going on. My only concern (and maybe something that can't be helped) is that I can still smell the cat's urine in a bedroom. Would another try work in just that area?

Very clean carpets, fresh smell and carpets did seem to lighten up after the application plus not using chemicals in house is big plus.

The impowered water is so great! It has no smell, no sticky crunchy carpets, no dirt attraction, but most of all the carpets look NEW! I love Zererez!

Most importantly I was so happy...... because - we have had our carpets cleaned previously by a different company (I believe two different times) and Zerorez was able to get out a # of stains that they were unable to remove!!! :) So awesome!!! The types of stains were: 1 bad pet urine, a couple of food stains ( our dining area and kitchen bar area is carpeted) and marks tracked in from our very snowy move into this house. I hope you get the picture.
