Great cleaning - excellent results. Very professional and polite service personnel. Surprised by how quiet the equipment was relative to past cleaning services that I've used.

Good communications before the service call. Byron was intelligent, careful and competent. System removed soiling and patterns without leaving residues to attract dirt. Precleaner had natural citrus aroma. All smells dissapated during drying process. Truck-based system kept noise and dirt outside the house while providing real cleaning suction. Even twenty-year-old carpet came back with some color and feel not seen in years. Thanks!

Frank Smith provided great service. The products used were successful in treating some pet stains and left a very fresh smell. Carpets dried quickly and left very little of the usual stiffness. It seems like the company is trying very hard to provide good service and will do what is necessary to make customers happy.

Eco friendly; chemicals are at a minimum; service was prompt, courteous, efficient and friendly.

The tech did a wonderful job and was very friendly and let us know what he was doing. He did a great job. We were very impressed with him. If more companies had employees like Lee, the tech, they would be very lucky. I also had the ducts done, it was not scheduled, but he took the time and did them before the carpet that I did schedule to have done. I would recommend Zerorez to all family and friends.
