A variety of services. I added on 2 services while the technician was there. I am concerned though that the duct cleaning might not have made it to the end of heat ducts or dryer ducts but it is definitely better than before their visit.

When I called to make the appointment the gal on the phone was very nice and helpful and was able to schedule a next day service. Chris, the technician, was wonderful. He called to key me know he was on his way, exclaimed my options and the product. He was extremely nice to work with. My my carpet is probably cleaner than when it was our in two years ago. I will never use another company again and will highly recommend Zerorez. I can tell you company takes good care of their employees. If not, no matter how superior the product, I would not use the service. With that said I am extremely happy on every level.

The tech was on time and very personable. We clean our carpet ourselves at least twice a year. This was the first time we've had it done professionally. Our dog was recently sick and had a couple of accidents in the house, and the high traffic areas were looking grungy and worn. Our five year old carpet now looks brand new! It was worth every penny! We'll definitely use Zerorez again and recommend it to our friends and family!
