Zerorez made our carpets look better then when we moved in four years ago. They are clean safe for kids and pets and the whole house smelled clean. Very friendly technician that came out to our home, explained what he was doing, and did a great job. Everything went as expected, what we were told would happen, happened (i.e. received the phone call within 48 hours of set appointment day to narrow down a window of time, and then the day of the appointment the technician called within 15-20 minutes of his arrival time). The final total we paid, was exactly what we were quoted over the phone, so no surprises!

The carpets look wonderful, there was no smell and it was total dry within 24 hours, but the best part of the service was the Technician Aaron, he was so nice and respectful, he explained what he would be doing, made suggestions and just made us feel good that we called your company. Aaron is the reson we are haveing you come back to clean the rest of the house and why we feel good about telling our friends about the execellect service we received.

Unfortunately, I have one plant stain that came back up a few days after Zerorez left, obviously there must have been dirt left in the pad below the carpet that soaked back up.

When I was unhappy about the result I received in one of the rooms and indicated that on my feedback someone called me the next day. Aaron came out a few days later. He could smell what I could smell, it smelled like decomp. he cleaned, deodorized & neutralized it I believe. It was remarkably better right away. I am still going to replace the carpet, but this will allow me to by some time, plus it validated me, that there was an awful odor there that shouldn't be. I have told many people about Zerorez and Aaron in particularly. Hang on to him! Awesome customer service.

Jon Stark and his assistant were most professional and efficient in cleaning our carpets. Since we discovered Zeroez a few years ago,we will never use anyone else to clean our carpets. They always come out looking like new and your process is very environmentally friendly. It is a joy to see the pride your technicians take in their work and the pride they have for the image of Zeroez. They are always courteous and very pleasant to talk with.
