The attitude of the service techs, the wiilingness to answer questions. They're polite and well mannered. I like that they're in uniform and representable. My carpets look great!!

You have an excellent product which pretty much removes almost all the dirt. But the best part was your service. We had a very Courteous young man not only he was excited about your product but took the time to listen and explained. Also we liked your direct approch--no hidden fees. It is very hard to please my husband (he had known to send people back without cleaning our carpet) But your cleaning person not only impressed him but made him like your company. Thank you for your excellent service!!!

Your men were very helpful and answered all my questions includg the one that I almost bit his head off with wasn't the firt guy that was in here, putting chemicals on my carpet. I thought you advertised that you only used empowered water to clean carpets. He took the time to explain how they only use thngs that are considered green and that the chemicals woould make the dirt come off and out better. Also, I have Parkinson's and the men couldn't have been nicer about moving several tables and chairs wthout actng like L was asking for the world and they said they didn't mind.

I am very impressed with how clean the carpet is and, unlike other carpet cleaners I have used in the past, there was no residue. Also, very impressed with the professionalism of the person that cleaned the carpets. He explained everything very thoroughly. Would highly recommend Zerorez!

I liked the worker bees--good teamwork, respectful, seemed to like their jobs. Went over what was entailed in duct cleaning--we counted the ducts together. They 'teamed' with me to get the duct covers cleaned while they worked on the ducts. They recommended fixes to strange duct cover situations. I felt well served when they were done.

Chemical-free process for carpet cleaning. Technician very attentive to limiting negative impacts on household (e.g. fabric barrier across front door to keep air/bugs/etc out while cleaning, took off his shoes right away when entering house, careful not to scrape walls with hoses when going around corners). Friendly, accomodating staff - honored our request for morning vs. afternoon timeframe. Thanks!

Carperts look great, Techs, very professional and helpful. Love the clean smell after done. Carperts dry in half the time as other cleaners. Nick and Ralph did a great job.
