the rep who serviced our home actually worked to save us money! We had 6 carpet spots that needed attention. He insisted that we take care of 3 of the 6 ourselves using spot removal products he had with him. Our bill could have been double!

I continue to be pleased with the service and representatives I have met!

Eric did a great job explaining what he could do for our 14 yr old carpet and was very pleasant to have in our home. Loved the citrus smell of the products! Carpet hasnt completely dried so cant tell what stains are really going to show when all is said and done but so far it looks fantastic.
