I called zerorez on a Tuesday night and they were able to come the next day for me because our family schedule was is always so crazy and the next day was the only time I had before our company was coming the following week. The were kind and caring about my schedule and the next day they came and cleaned the carpet which looks great and I couldn't be more happy them. I will call Zerorez again in the future for when I need my carpets cleaned again!

The process seemed to use less water and dried faster. Other companies,left wrinkles in the carpet that needed to dry before they shrunk back into shape. The tech was courteous and very polite and did a good job with the high traffic area. However, there was 2 mustard spots that were not removed.

I like the technology...not having soap build-up issues to deal with. I was appreciative of the scheduling flexibility, as my original Saturday appointment had to be postponed. I felt bad about the double-booking, for the guys that had to do all that extra driving. Aaron did a fantastic job, and answered all my questions, while keeping pace with the task at hand. He had a great balance of efficiency, and personable service. I was impressed with how quickly the carpets dried, and the lack of stains resurfacing. Although I think it is worth some extra money for a better quality service, I would like to see a better price in the future. Thanks for everything!

My whole house smelled clean after the cleaning. My carpet is not new, but after cleaning, it has alot more bounce to it. All soiled spots came out. I've always used the " top rated carpet cleaning service" on my carpets, but I like Zerorez much better.

I recently had my badly stained wool and nylon carpets cleaned by Chem-Dry. Disappointed with the results, I had it cleaned again 7 days later by Zerorez. The Zerorez technician came equipped with the following four items; 1) well-designed process equipment, 2) an impressive array of spot removing formulations, 3) the expertise required to use the previous items, and 4) the desire to deliver the very best possible outcome. The results far exceeded my expectations, and erased 18 years of stains generated by my teen artist daughter. I am an R&D chemist/engineer, and very picky consumer. Zerorez and technician Robert McCurdy get an A+ rating, as well as my future business and enthusiastic referrals. The Chem-Dry technician arrived equipped with item 4 above, but not items 1-3. The Chem-Dry equipment and process did not match that described and depicted on their web site. Thank you very much Zerorez, for a job well done!
