They used the corner protectors and plastic booties for their shoes also.They answered all our questions about different upholstery cleaning services. As for your service, well I have to say on a scale of 1-10 you need to expand the scale to 1-12 because, our guy, Jerrod was absolutely great and, my wife and I would give him a 12! I liked that there were no chemicals used. When Chris was finished the carpet looked great.The only thing I was surprised at was that it took so long to completely dry. I guess if that it what it takes to not use chemicals then I am ok with that. The loved the results just the same.

I used Zerorez a few years ago. The next time I needed my carpet cleaned, about 2 years later, I used "a deal" from another company. After the carpet dried, I noticed the "crunchy" feeling on the carpet, which I had heard about in your commercials (you don't leave the crunch behind). It has been less than 6 months since I used that company and my carpet was again dirtier than it was before they cleaned. I can't blame it on my cats, because I've had these particular cats for 5+ years. I do believe it was the residue that attracted more dirt to the carpet.
