The carpet has never been cleaner...compared to another cleaning serviced used in the past. Since the cleaning appt wasn't until late afernoon, I was concerned about getting some new furniture delivered the next day. The employee did those rooms first and brought in a big fan to start drying. I wish I had called you years ago!!

I like the concept of no soap, I personally do much of my cleaning with vinegar, baking soda and H2O2.

Mylan was very diligent and I would recommend him and ask for him to clean again.

Even though the products used to treat out some stubborn wood and oil/metal shaving stains from our recliners the products were not successful. However, the services were outstanding. Zerorez sent out 3 different specialists on 3 different days trying their best to get out the stains. After the 3rd visit there was some major improvement as they used different chemicals from what they used previously. Who knows maybe in time Zeroez will create a product that will remove these stubborn stains.

Have never had tile cleaned before but was amazed at how great it looked after James cleaned the tile! Will def. do more in the future.

Carpet cleaning I have used you before and been satisfied...wouldn't have called you back if I hadn't been happy with the results.

Sean was a wonderful technician. He explained everything and asked for my approval when he was done. I recommended Zerorez to my daughter in Forest Lake.... her carpet was squishy and wet when the tech left. Everything was clean but they had to rent professional fans for 3 days to dry the 2 floors of carpet. Sean brought a fan with and when he was gone some of the carpet was almost completely dry.
