I like that you don't use chemicals, and that the carpeting is relatively dry in a short amount of time. Your technician also was able to get your hoses up to my condo balcony and easily clean all areas. I was called the day before to give me a time frame, and the technician called when he was close, just like you said he would! And he was punctual!
Also, I'm impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of the work. Jose cleaned up stains of soot and grease that had been there for 3-4 years! My carpet is ivory and it now looks brighter, like new!!! He had attention to detail and also explained what he was doing, very patiently! This is the 2nd time I've used Zerorez and I'm a convert again! Thank you for running such a good business--I'll be back.

Very prompt, professional person sent to our home. He cautioned us to not use spray cleaners because they may contain bleach. I purchased Zerorez cleaner for spots.

I like how quickly the carpets dried and that there was no residue or "crunchiness" afterwards. I also like that it is pet friendly.

Jacob was prompt, curtious and efficient in cleaning a well lived in and dirty carpet. He was especially helpful in explaining my options. He even made sure the nosy Westie dog did not escape as he was preparing to clean! Will definarely use zerorez again to clean other carpeted areas!
Limited use of chemicals
We just moved in and the carpets were not that dirty how ever after your service they were like brand new I would definatly use your service again!
the main guy who did my job was great. he had a helper I think he was training who seemed pretty good but the main guy knew his stuff, even to getting out a new paint stain. Good guys both who were trying there best.
