The carpets were very much in need of cleaning. They came out beautifully. This was our first time using Zerorez and I will use them again in the future. Matt our technicion very good at what he does and easy to work with.

I would first like to give your employee Name removed K., who cleaned our carpet an excellent rating. He was very friendly and a hard worker. Our family room carpet had not been cleaned in many years and it looked like it. When I showed it to Name removed he was very confident that he could get most of the grime and stains out. As he was doing the cleaning he would call me over to see the difference between the cleaned area and the dirty area. I was very impressed. He said it was the impowered water that he was using and that he was very confident in the product. What ever you guys put in the water it sure works great. All of our carpets came out great. I will recommend Zerorez to anyone who asks for the best company to clean your carpets. I know clean other things also and I am sure you do a great job with ever cleaning service you offer.
