We have used Zerorez twice and each time the technicians have been professional and courteous and have tried to do a very thorough cleaning on our aging carpet. During our recent cleaning we also had our kitchen chairs and two area rugs cleaned and are very satisfied with that work. PS - I think parts of our carpet could use a "redo" -- probably give a 10 on the chairs and area rug and a 6 on the carpet.

I was so pleased with Lars (forgot his last name) who came to clean our basement carpet. He stayed late and also cleaned our kitchen tile. I actually could not believe how dirty the tile was. Lars was friendly, cheery and willing to do what was needed to finish the job. Thanks
