The technicians are professional and nice, and even though we live an hour outside of the Twin Cities, he arrived only a half an a hour in to the 90 minute time window. The finished product was wonderful, carpet looked like new. The house smelled clean. Also, this time I was offered a product to use to clean up pet messes between cleanings which is appreciated.

I really liked the end result for my carpet cleaning and amazed by my tile/grout cleaning in my bathroom.
My carpet looks way better than it ever has with other cleaners, and my bathroom looks like new! It's all really positive because my house is for sale, and it really made these areas more appealing.

Smells very nice, amazed how clean my carpet got, friendly fast service -- young man explained everything and was showing me prices each time I added something so there were no hidden surprises. Service above and beyond.!!!

I like the fact that your carpet cleaning is green. I'm not a fan of chemicals, so I appreciate that. Also, the three times we've used Zerorez, the technicians are prompt, courteous and do a very thorough job with our carpet and air ducts. They always explain everything they're doing, before and after their work. They're up-front on pricing, too, even before they start the job. Thank you!
