This was my first experience with Zerorez, and I was very satisfied with the quality of the cleaning. The cleaner arrived on time, made an assessment, and was finished in little more than an hour. My old carpet looks great. My only issue with carpet cleaning companies in general is their attempt to sell additional products.

Results: its almost like we never had a puppy
The customer service was 500% better than our first experience (almost didn't go with Zerorez due to last technician experiece - about 2 yrs ago), but carpets were less dirty than last cleaning and didn't get quite as clean. They looked pretty good when he was here, but now that they are dry (dried w/in hours too, whereas last time was about a day) doesn't look as great. They are good, but not great in higher traffic areas. I was very happy he got the gum out of our carpet.
