Client Testimonials

Very courteous and professional reps; the overall service is terrific; and I'm always impressed by what Zerorez can get out of my carpets.

Very friendly technician, the carpets weren't crusty after they dried, were able to get out most of the stains.

My carpets have always come out the best when Zerorez cleans them and the cleaning powder is the only thing I will use on my carpets. I like the fact that they stand behind their service. I had an issue with one carpet cleaning and they came right out to do it over again.

The appointment was handled very professionally; reminders of the appointment were provided; crew called ahead of time to let me know where they were and when they would be there; and the crew was also very professional, careful, friendly and knew what they were doing. They did a great job.

It's very simple. I just like how clean the carpets look afterwards.
Thank you

I like how good my carpets look, no soap, that they will come back if stain reappear within 30 days.

Very Clean

Very friendly

Excellent product - does a beautiful job - no chemicals - more natural way of cleaning.
Service is top-notch - professional, prompt, accurate estimates.
Customer service is great- technician (Dave Lufkin) was wonderful - informative, helpful, very pleasant.
This is the second time we've had Zerorez do our carpeting and it is the way we will continue to go - excellent results and a very pleasant experience!

I like the lack of chemicals yet the carpets come clean; they do not have a residue that I'd be concerned about having my children or pets on.

I have used Zerorez twice now and each time I've been very pleased with the responsiveness of customer service, as well as the professional attitudes of the technicians. They definitely are a step above the people who have cleaned my carpets in the past. This past time, Brendan was really nice to work with and had some good suggestions on how to handle a few trouble spots without being overly expensive. I have nothing but positive comments on how he handled the job.

This was a totally pain free experience! The young man was very knowlegeable and helpful. My carpet came out beautifully clean. I will gladly use your service again!

The guys who came to m house were very nice, professional, and did not make me feel like a pig for having pet urine all over the carpets from my sick pet. They were very respectful and I appreciate that very much! I knew I could trust them by the way they treated me, and the respect shown.
