I like how quickly it dries. I learned how the "biological material" is cleaned from the deep down pad. I like there is no smell.

I thought the technician was professional and knowledgable. I liked that Zerorez did not use chemicals or soap to treat my carpets. I have pets and a child and I did not believe that my carpets would be able to get clean from all the stains that were in my carpet... the results were outstanding. I will definately use Zerorez from now on.

I did notice however with the brochure on the Fiber protection it stated that I should have been given a product to use when a spill occurs which I never received. Thanks!!!!

Very pleasant chap came to do the job - Jaime. He was efficient, polite, hard-working, thorough, and did not do a hard sell on additional products. The outcome of the cleaning was also wonderful - the sofas look lovely. The price seems a tad high but based on the results, I am willing to admit you get what you pay for.

Chemical free cleaning

I like that you are Green cleaners and do not use chemicals or harsh soaps to clean the carpets.

You have an excellent product which pretty much removes almost all the dirt. But the best part was your service. We had a very Courteous young man not only he was excited about your product but took the time to listen and explained. Also we liked your direct approch--no hidden fees. It is very hard to please my husband (he had known to send people back without cleaning our carpet) But your cleaning person not only impressed him but made him like your company.
