Wonderful job of cleaning our carpets is what I like the most about Zerorez. Additionally, it is wonderful the professionalism of your workers including effieciecy and politeness. Also, the Zerorez dry period after cleaning is so much less that other commercial cleaners we have used in the past. And no overbearing smells (topical fragrances) left behind.

First: Our service was exceptional, especially the technician that came out to work with us. Like I said earlier, he is very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful with what he could do, what he couldn't do, and honest about the possible results and/or outcomes. We would recommend Zerorez and Tom to anyone or everyone!
Second: I wish Zerorez would have some more questions in their customer review separating the serice person from the job. I think this would benefit everyone involved in the overall outcomes of a service well worth it from Zerorez!
