Cleaning scent very faint but clean and fresh smelling. While not able to get out all stains in sofa, got them very faint (which was acceptable to me). No stiff residue!
The Tech cleaned out carpets on a Sunday afternoon which I believe is highly unusual. Since my spouse and I both work it is hard to find times to get service people into the home. The carpet looks and feels clean!
