Extremely professional team came to our house - knowledgeable, polite, efficient. They were upfront about what they could remove and what may be a challenge. They were able to remove a red wine stain and also a few rust spots. I would request them again.

The communication from the representative at the office was to us regarding preparation, moving furniture etc, was lacking in customer service. When she was asked specific questions, she continued to repeat a standard answer and did not discuss options and opportunities. It almost seemed that she wan not listening to the questions and continued to respond based on a 'standard' script. This almost caused us to cancel our appointment.

I have used Zerorez 2 times now and the scheduling is quick - I have gotten the day I requested both times and did not have to call 3-4 weeks ahead of time. (called 2 days prior) Employee calls 15 min. ahead of arriving and very professional - gets the job done fast and does a nice job!
