I have used Zerorez twice and both times the tech was able to get out all of the stains and the pet odor. I like that the tech doesn't "over promise" what can be done yet they are always able to actually get the stains out. Friendly yet professional technician....Adam was great. Quality of work - after 10 years, Adam got the stairway carpet to look brand new! Other areas of our carpet are more worn and he did an excellent job on them. We had an entry way carpet that we've even taken to a special rug cleaning service - but Adam did a better job then anyone has ever done......Will definitely use Zerorez everytime we clean.

Very nice tech and got out almost all of my suborn stains! Quick drying! Carpet was not sopping wet when he was done!

Greg, our service person, worked very hard to please and make sure we had the absolute best outcome possible. We feel the protective coating has aided greatly in maintaining the life of our carpet. While the price seemed higher than I expected and compared to last year, it is well worth the price to take care in our $4,000 investment. We will be calling again next spring!

The technician was friendly, courteous, and efficient. I like that Zerorez goes "green" and our carpets were minimally wet after completion. The end result was very nice.
