the people and the way you clean carpet

The carpet looks very clean and a few stains that we had came out. Only complaint would be that they didn't take their shoes off when they walked out to their truck and when they came back in they brought in dirt on the bottom of their shoes and we had to clean the kitchen floor after they left.

I really like that no soap is used on the carpet and although the carpet does feel a little stiff from whatever spray product gets applied to the rug, it is not a much as with the soaps. The guy who cleaned the carpet was Jose Clavero and he was excellent. He went above and beyond in taking care to do an outstanding job. He protected the walls, the floors, he was respectful, he paid attention to what I asked him to clean, he remembered every detail of my requests. He was friendly and professional and really took the time to make sure everything was clean and met with my approval before he left. He was the best carpet cleaner we have ever had and really is an asset to your company. He is absolutely one of your best employees, and I would refer anyone to your company if they could have him do the job. Jose actually demonstrated that he cared about outstanding customer service. Thank you for the great job. We are happy with the results.

James, the technician, called prior to his arrival, as promised. He arrived promptly and quickly got to work. He did an excellent job. He was friendly, courteous, and took extra care. His professional manner and quality of work was much appreciated.

The tech was great...there is a spot were my grandson spilled a bottle of shampoo in the downstairs bedroom but I will have you back to finish the rest of the house..he can retreat it then.

Technician was very careful not to scratch our cherry floors and woodwork and also had a canvas to hang over our open door where the hoses came through. I appreciated that on a very cold day. We chose you because of the soapless process. Jaimie did an excellent job!
