Very prompt and informative. We did have a concern with the friese carpet in the family room becoming loose and feel the technician could have been a little more reassuring that it would be alright as it dried thourghly. We kinda panicked the next morning, but, with vacuming it did relax and become acceptable.

I appreciate the fact that the employee came back to help get the brown stains out of the carpet. he was also concerned about a sofa cushion I asked him to clean. He gave me a detailed description of his concerns and how to care for the cushion while it dried. It turned out beautifully!
