I came home from work and house smelled fresh...no scenty from soap..did a very awesome job carpets look great and took out stains i thought would not come out.zerorez tech. said carpet is in good shape.. so this great cleaning job is going to save me on replacing the carpet at this time. saving me some $$$ I will probaly have zerorez out in a yr or so to clean carpets.. thanks again awesome job.. i like that it doesn't seem like there is too much soap used. too much soap means you'd need to do a really good job of rinsing to get it clean. since that isn't possible, the soap ends up staying in the carpet. yuck. was very pleased with results from my cleaning appt.
