I just plain like the cleaning process - it looks good, stays good. I found that my carpet was much easier for small clean-ups or spills by just taking a paper towel and rubbing a little and then blotting - all gone. Ben (the technician who clean my carpet) was very pleasant, informative, professional and accommodating. Very good employee for ZeroRez.

The carpet came out much cleaner and we can see our original color again. Unfortunately we'll still have to replace it soon because the patchy look it has is permanent.
