My carpets, chairs and ottoman look great! The carpet doesn't feel "crunchy" and it dried quickly. My house smelled great too. The technician was very professional and did a wonderful job.

He did a good job of cleaning the carpets and was very pleasant to work with. The technician was given the wrong number to call to let me know what time he would be arriving but fortunately I was home. Otherwise, I would have missed the call. The quoting department needs to do a better job of quoting prices.

Carpets were cleaned and I was very happy with the result, except the stairs did not get cleaned. Also I was surprised to find out later that zerorez has a duct work cleaning service. I just moved into a new house with being allergic to cats it would have been nice to have the duct work cleaned too.

The service was great. Too expensive. Ended up paying $800's. I just cannot afford that again. Which is too bad because Chris Compton did an excellent job.
