Great service! No chemical smell... very fresh and clean! We were very happy with the outcome!

There is no "perfume" smell and the carpet is soft to walk on, not "crunchy"

The gentlemen who came to do the carpets worked very hard on one certain stain but was unable to get all of it out, he did a very good job. My only issue is when I called and was asked about 'any biologicals' no one said things would be extra to pre-treat for that.
Otherwise my carpets are nice and soft again.

Service was great. Mike did a wonderful job on the area rugs.

Service provided by tech was outstanding! He did everything right from the moment he walked into the door until the moment he left. The carpets turned out better than we could have hoped. Great service and a great technology, it really gets old carpets to look like new again.

The claims on the radio are all true! No crunchy carpeting, the serve tech that came out was very friendly and efficient and the carepting really does look amazing.

Please let the 2 nice young men that cleaned our house in Maple Grove a thumbs up they ddi a amazing job our carpets are 25 years old we thought about replacing them but they look brand new again. Both of them had a great smile and made us feel very comfortable. They turned the fans on and moved dresses to clean under them as well. Your on our speed dial.

Feels clean and looks clean!!

Dylan was very professional and friendly, he answered all my questions. I like the idea of using the empowered water instead of soap. He helped up move furniture before he cleaned the rugs.

The technology for this product makes great sense, and we know it's safe for our family. The service was outstanding! The little things like protecting the walls where hoses would be pulled around, to covering the door to help keep the cold out were all nice touches. Great job.

Efficient, effective, professional.

I was impressed with the results. The carpets looked great afterwards and many of the marks where furniture had been sitting for years looked refreshed. I like that it's all natural and there is no residue. Steve even got out some soap left from previous, non-zerorez spot cleaning attempts. In addition to the service and results, the customer service was great!!! Steve clearly communicated the process and happily answered our questions. I won't hesitate to recommend zerorez to friends and family.
