Jon Wade was so knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and was so polite in answering all my questions. He represents your company as a very competent employee. Jason, his helper, was friendly and worked hard. I loved the removal of the big red stain!!! They were wonderful to have in my home and were diligent in getting the carpet clean. I was so impressed with how quick and efficient Steve and his coworker were. They were friendly and very professional. They answered all my questions promptly and made sure I understood everything and made sure i was happy with the work being done. Not only will I refer business and use zerorez, I will always ask for Steve.

No chemicals! Took there time to get every inch of floor. Also explained the whole process of how it works. Left the carpet nicely cleaned and fluffy. Great service.

The two young men were very efficient and professional. Just one very minor suggestion for improvement. Please ask them to make sure they leave the client's bathrooms as clean as they found them. It is a stereotype about the ring and spots of urine on the toilet, but it was true in this case. I am not critizing them, but it would be better if they take note of what they have left behind and clean it up.
