The carpeting looks clean and it isn't sticky. The tech was on time and proficient and friendly! I was comfortable with the orange scent, it is clean and unobtrusive. I have had an experience where I was quoted one price and then when they got to my house they started trying to add on charges to pre-treat soiled areas, zerorez just cleans the carpet with no baloney.

Antwoine was our service person and he was EXCELLENT! He was knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. My house smelled fresh and my carpets look great. I see now why, when I asked my friends on Facebook who they recommend for carpet cleaning, zeroez was the topi choice... Hands down!!
