The guys who came to m house were very nice, professional, and did not make me feel like a pig for having pet urine all over the carpets from my sick pet. You were early - love that!! I have dogs and live in a basement with them - it was getting a bit smelly after this wet sprint. The young man that cleaned my carpets was very nice and honest about what he thought that I should do for my carpets, but he left the decision up to me. Carpets look great, rooms smell clean and the home owner I rent from was very pleased too.
