The entire procedure from scheduling to cleaning went very smoothly. The tech was extremely polite and helped me roll up 2 large area rugs which will be delivered in the next week. The carpeting had some stains but he was able to remove them. The entire house smelled fresh and clean. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

The person who cleaned our carpets was very efficient and friendly. The process was able to get out some very difficult pet stains.
The guys, Jaime and Sam, were so nice. The carpets were still a little damp this AM, 8-5, but I know how hard they worked to get the smell out of the carpet.
