Have used zerorez for many years and am always amazed how great my carpets look after their services. No crusty carpet residue, no lingering smell, and very friendly and professional staff. i was very very fortunate to have the lead technician Chris and his trainee clean my carpets. They both did such a fantastic job that my 15 year old carpets looked new. I was informed of the spot cleaning products available. Zerorez is the only cleaning service I will ever use. Zerorez makes my home and my family very happy!!

The technician who came to do the work was extremely helpful and had a smile and was ready to answer all the questions. Great customer service from him. Kudos to him for providing the service and friendly attitude.

Friendly service and quick....

Our technician (Gregory) was very friendly, and explained everything well. It was clear that he really likes his job and takes pride in his work. It is refreshing to see people who enjoy their work. Gregory also did a great job cleaning our large sectional. He explained each and every step of the processes. We honestly weren't expecting each and every dog drool stain to be removed from the couch, but the sectional looks amazing. We also appreciated, very much, the military discount.

We were very impressed by our technician. I believe his name was Patrick Daly. He was very knowledge about your products. Patrick was comfortable to have in our home. He was very mannerly, he shook our hands when introducing himself and he even thanked us for moving so much of the furniture out of the areas to be cleaned.

Liked that there was no damp smell or product odor after the cleaning. Only wished it were not so expensive...

We just moved and have had a lot of service people in our new home for the first few days from the direct tv installer to a well reapir man. The zerorez technician Daniel was the best service person we had!! He was so professional, and did such a great job! You've always been very professional and very nice and I have recommended you to some of our neighbors. Probably the only comment that I have to make is, the day you were here cleaning our carpet their was a trainee with the gentleman that was in charged. In one of the bedrooms that was being cleaned (we have baby furniture in that room for our newborn grandson). The trainee left some dirty rags on the changing table and on one of the shelves, when I lifted the rag off the shelf it had taken some of the stain off. I'm pretty sure it was from the rag because it wasn't like that before the guys got here. I know it's been a few weeks since the carpet was cleaned, I've been extremely busy (mainly because both of our grandson's live with us), and haven't gone thru all of my e-mails.

Smelled great and it was safe for me and my kids to walk on right afterwards

It wasn't soaking wet. It couldn't take all of my problem spots but it did a good job otherwise.

Very friendly,knowledgable staff. This second visit out to do a level 2 treatment on pet stains worked very well. Wish I had done that during the forst visit.

You brought our couch back to life! We almost threw it out from all the damage our kids made, but gave you a call and it was well worth it! Thanks to the tech that day that took his time, he did a great job!
