After a fair amount of investigation I selected Zerorez to clean our carpets. Initially I selected their service because they were honest, upfront and had a plan that, if initiated, would meet my needs. They confirmed their appointment, billing and final price. When it came time to execute, their representative, Jamie, was on time, a strong communicator, and very helpful to assure that our needs were fulfilled. I'm very pleased with the outcome! Zerorez did what they said they would do....they delivered! I would recommend Zerorez to anyone who wants to deal with a professional group that have an excellent process.

Carpets stay clean much longer than with other companies. The process doesn't have strong odors and I appreciate them being chemical free.

The carpet looked new. He asked about problem areas and treat them first. The tech was careful to keep the wood floor (nearby) dry and careful not to dirty/mar it. The arrival time was as expected. The tech explained everything.

The appointment was handled very professionally; reminders of the appointment were provided; crew called ahead of time to let me know where they were and when they would be there; and the crew was also very professional, careful, friendly and knew what they were doing.They did a great job.

I like the lack of chemicals yet the carpets come clean; they do not have a residue that I'd be concerned about having my children or pets on.

I have used Zerorez twice now and each time I've been very pleased with the responsiveness of customer service, as well as the professional attitudes of the technicians. They definitely are a step above the people who have cleaned my carpets in the past. This past time, Brendan was really nice to work with and had some good suggestions on how to handle a few trouble spots without being overly expensive. I have nothing but positive comments on how he handled the job.

I like the that you do not use chemicals. The two young men that came out to my house were very nice and attentive to what I needed. They worked really hard while they were at my house. Appreciated that you picked up my rugs and delivered them back to me.
