Terry was awesome and explained what he was going to do and made recommendations but was not pushy. I like the no chemical cleaning and how fresh my home smelled even hours later.
Also, Terry was very thorough and efficiently cleaned my very old carpets. He was even a little surprised at how great they turned out. Traffic areas are not as noticeable.
