That it doesn't add soap. I feel it is safe now for my grand babies to play on. Sean was very friendly and informative about the service. He wasn't pushy about the carpet protector and I decided on my own to have high traffic areas done.

Tile cleaning

The 2 guys who cleaned our carpets did an amazing job, getting out stains that had been embedded for years. They were extremely quick and professional, cleaning 3 rooms and the stairs in about 80 minutes

Straight-forward, not a lot of up-selling (a little, but not a lot), they did a nice job of cleaning the carpet

Employees were professional and courteous. I live in a very large condominium complex. Zerorez cleaned our common areas which look spectacular! As a resident, we had the opportunity to have carpets cleaned in our units. The cleaning was quick, no mess, no chemical smell, dried fairly quickly, soft carpet. I highly recommend Zerorez.

Technician was very polite, professional and not pushy with add ons. He also appeared to genuinly care about doing a good job and and was careful with his equiptment while moving it through the house as to not ding or scratch the walls or furniture.

I liked the fact that you came out on a weekend. The person who cleaned my carpets (Ronald) was very polite and informative. he worked very hard to get my carpets cleaned. My carpet looks soft after it has dried, which is not the case with other types of cleaning that I have had done.
