I feel confident that my air ducts were cleaned well and I am very optimistic that them begin clean will greatly improve the air quality for my young sons who suffer from severe allergies and asthma. After having the carpets and air ducts cleaned on Wednesday I was singing your praises to our pediatrician on Thursday. Ryan did a fantastic job and was very kind to my eager toddlers who asked about a million questions to him. I am a veterinary technician so my animals mean a lot to me and I was touched that Ryan cared enough to dump out our cats water dish and refill it with fresh water after it had gotten a little junk in it from the air duct. I will definitely be asking for Ryan personally next time we schedule to get our carpets cleaned. We have a carpet cleaner that we use frequently but who knew that it just didn't cut it like Zerorez could. Thank you Ryan so much for doing such a wonderful job!!!! What I liked: The in and out time was reasonable. Terron Williams ability to communicate clearly with proper expectations. Carpets smelled and looked great. Details like door covers, protection for wood items, etc.

We were very happy with the way the carpets looked and smelled after Preston visited our house. We had a stain on the stairs that we didn't think would come out and Preston made it disappear. Preston was very courteous and explained everything that he would be doing and the whole process. When we get our carpets cleaned again, we will ask for Preston to come back!
