Great customer service and cleaning!
The technicians were great. They explained everything and did a great job on our carpets! However when I called about scheduling I was given different information on the 10 percent discount if my neighbor also scheduled for the same day. Then the technicians didn't know anything about the neighbor discount when doing the bill and I didn't catch it until after they left. Then when I called in right away they told me it only applied if it was my next door neighbor which isn't what they told me initially. So I am hoping I will get the discount when all is said and done.
That the carpets are fresh and very clean. Drying time is very fast. Tech is skilled and efficient.
It is environmentally friendly, efficient, and effective.

The carpet in our new condo was horribly dirty and had many stains. The technician called when we were tol he would and showed up at that time. He was curtious and new what he was doing. We are extremely happy with the results. Not all the stains were removed, but we knew that from the start. Thank you zerorez!!

I wanted to let you know that I was so impressed by the results of my carpet cleaning. In the past when I had my carpets cleaned by Coit the spots would reappear after my carpet dried. Not this time - it's still spot free!!! I'm so very happy with Zerorez!

Everything! Nice clean products - the carpet smells great and looks as good as it did the day it was installed in 1987. My technician was wonderful - explained everything clearly, did a terrific job, offered some good options, did the work efficiently and as quietly as possible, and was nice to my dogs.
