Jeff obviously loves the challenge of his job. It was fun to hear him shout... "I won again!" When he conquered another mystery stain. This was the most enjoyable service call I have ever had.

I like the fact that they are non toxic and that they do not leave a soap residue.

Your phone customer service people were polite and really listened as I described my carpet and rug situation. You have a good scheduling and communication system. The carpet technician was also very polite and efficient and treated my carpet exactly as I requested him to do. I can't say it looks like new, but for 17 year old carpet that has coexisted with 2 cats for 12 years, it looks pretty good. The technician was a very pleasant young man.

When I called for an appt. they were able to fit me into the schedule that day because we were having a birthday party with family in that dining room that weekend. I have
a cat that decided to urinate in a corner of my dining room and your tech guys were able
to find other spots that I didn't know I had. The techs were very courteous and very
thourough. They worked very hard to get the smell out of our carpet. They didn't give up, they kept working to get it out. The tech guys were awesome and definitely went above
the call of duty.

The products didn't leave a smell or residue, just like their commercial said.

There's no odor, or crunchy residue when the carpet dries. I'm always amazed at how "fluffy" my carpet looks when you guys are done!
