Your staff is exceptioanl. Being in the business of consumer sales, your staff identified themselves before entering my home. Went over what I had requested to be cleaned. Did a walk through. Even upgraded me to have my sofa cleaned. And the cleaning of the carpet-WOW! My stairs look like new carpet! We are very very happy!

The carpet looks cleaner than I expected and better yet, it feels clean. It dried quicker than some cleanings I've had in the past and the technician was very polite and friendly.
