We were pleasantly surprised how our living room carpeting cleaned up. The carpet color leans towards the warm white, and over the years of not being cleaned it had accumulated a very noticeable walking path right through the middle of the room. The whole living room turned out fantastic, along with our den and master bedroom. Dave K. was very professional and helpful in the decisions on what would be best to obtain the results we wanted.

The technician came during appointment window. He was very efficient and thorough in cleaning the rooms and especially the stairs. He took the time to explain that Zerorez doesn't use soap for cleaning carpets as soap residue actually is a magnet for dirt so the carpets will now stay cleaner longer. Also, they would dry faster and the first room - master bedroom - was pretty dry in 6 hours with help of ceiling fan which he recommended. The stairs to the basement look great as that carpeting was matted down and dirty. He did a great job!
