I have listened to the ads for a long time on WCCO Radio. I just waited until it was the right time to have our carpets cleaned. Everything was smooth and friendly -- from the people who scheduled the appointment to the person who came to clean the carpets. Our person was professional, flexible and friendly. Just what you need in a customer-service position. And, the job turned out well beyond what we could have expected. Our person was Les. I would recommend him to anyone in a heart beat.

I was very pleased that our technician was a carpet Guru. As with a true professional he was extremely good at his craft analyzing the spots in the carpet. It is what makes a professional exceptional and why your company continues to grow.
It is wonderful to have no chemicals in our home and why I became a customer but your staff is why I continue to come back.

The carpet looks great. We like that no chemicals or soap is used, it also dries quickly which is helpful in an office setting. The tile has some water spots on it so that process could be improved a little. Overall nice experience. Nathan was great to work with, we were very comfortable with him being in our space.

Service is on time, technicians are very competent and helpful. Product is clean and environmentally friendly. My carpets and tile looks great.
