Steve R was great. Not pleased about the timing and handling of arrival - I had a tough schedule but offered to cancel if it could not work out to be here real close to 830 due to other obligations. It was a disappointing. BUT carpet is great and again Steve was excellent.

Jason did an expert job - he ans. all my questions and was very careful . He used a temporary door to m ake sure our dog didn't slip out of the house. Great job!

Great customer service. I assume good cleaning; my carpets were not that visibly dirty. Some spots in a high traffic area appeared again within a few days. My stairs look much better and I did get the stain guard on them so I hope the old stains are gone for good.

I like it that is doesn't use harsh chemicals
I like it that you advertise on KTIS radio
I like it the first time when they used orange things to protect my furniture and walls! However, they didn't use them this time.

The technician, David Lufkin knowlegable, thorough, professinal and personable.
He gave advise on how to better maintain my carpet and informed me on what products ans services were offered without pushing them. The carpet turned out better than I expected.
