Pre-work communication. When you were to begin and a call when you where on your way. Asked several times about my satisfaction with the work. Re-did an area that I wanted improved without complaint or argument. When done I liked the fresh, clean smell that lingered.

I liked that they sprayed the carpet first to get that starting to work before they started cleaning. Also they were careful with the corners of furniture and walls with the protectors. My carpet looks good except one spot where plant water overflowed. They also asked me to go around before they left to see if there was any place they needed to redo. It's hard to tell when it's wet.
