The two techs that came to my house were very friendly, informative, and worked quickly. They did a good job and weren't pushy. Too often, people come out with a quoted price, and then push too hard for an upgrade in service.

Customer service is A+....products are great because there is no sticky stuff left in the carpet and they look and feel really clean. The product made my 17 year old carpets look new or close to it - even on the heavy traffic areas on the steps.
The techs are very curteous and really know what they are doing. The two techs that came to my home were outstanding, very friendly and very good at what they do. I would highly recommend zerorez to everyone and plan on using them again in the future.
