Setting up the appointment was easy, and the communication thorough about confirmation of the appointment. The carpet is dry in all areas yet, so it's hard to tell how clean everything is, but I think it looks good initially.

The two men who came to the house, Jeff and Dan, were very professional. Jeff explained the process and answered all of my questions.

I liked the professional, yet friendly, attitude the service man had who cleaned my carpet. He explained what he was doing and what I could expect in certain "very badly stained" areas. Instead of worrying if the carpet would look good, I was able to relax and continue the work I had to do. Knowing there is no chemical residue lingering gives me peace of mind. Our guy was great. Polite, on time, efficient and friendly. Our carpets came out cleaner than we thought possible.
