It's a big deal to get your carpets cleaned. Between moving all of your furniture, taking a day off of work and planning some way to stay off of the carpets while they dry, it can be frustrating when things go wrong. One of the other things that can be irritating is the high pressure, fear based sales tactics. Having it carpets cleaned with Zerorez was easy. Owen arrived right on time, explained the cost and process in simple, factual terms, and offered some extra services, based on his observations. He worked fast and when he was done, our carpets looked wonderful. After they dried, the carpets felt soft Anne as if it's life had been restored. I would definitely recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning and look forward to their excellent service the next time we clean our carpets.

Fast&Friendly, Saturday appointment and on time. Did not like that they dumped their water in my front yard, and charged me for disposal. Now I have a huge ice spot on my sidewalk. Hope no one slips and falls.

My carpet seems clean and fresh.

I feel comforted by the fact that no harmful chemicals are used in Zerorez's cleaning process. My husband and I have a 16 month old son, and also a new puppy! So, we are glad that they can be on the floor, with no fear of harmful chemicals getting on their skin.
