The method Zerorez uses to clean carpets in safe for my family. There was good communication every step of the appointment process. The technition was prompt, knowledgeable, hard working and easy to work with. After my appointment I know that my carpenter are cleaner (I can see it) and my home is fresher (I can feel it).

My carpets turned out great. Clean and fresh. No crunchiness like normal cleaning services. All of the stains were removed. The attendant was on time and the price quoted was exactly what I paid!

I was most impressed with the professionalism of the tech from the moment he walked in the door and put his shoe covers on. Terrance was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the cleaning process as well as pointing out things we could do in the future to extend the life of our carpet. We were very impressed with the overall cleaning process, as the carpets look wonderful and smell much better as well. We would definitely recommend Zerorez to friends or family, and plan on using them for future services. If possible, I will recommend Terrance as a tech for our future cleanings!

That it removed all of the stains which included pet, coffee and wood stains. Very professional and very courteous!!!
