Carpet is actually clean without leaving smelly product or chemicals behind. Cleaners are professional and friendly, make helpful recommendations without being pushy. I'll use you again!

Carpet looks and feels clean would reccomend. The deodorizing add on was not worth the extra $ however. Has no lasting effects.

The technician was professional friendly,informative, on time, and did a nice job cleaning our carpets.
I like the idea of the empowered water, pleasant smell of the product. Carpets were not soaked it didn't take very long for them to dry.

We just moved in and the stairs were really dirty and stained. Zerorez got them looking like new! Everything looked and smelled great!

We were pleased with the final results. We had a few large stains that we had tried to get out with a spot removal product, but the stains were still visible. We were very satisfied with the care that the workers took to protect our floors and walls.

My husband was the one home that dealt with them but he was extremely impressed. The person was able to get rid of carpet tape stains that no one else had been able to do - we will definitely use you again and have already passed on to all our friends what a great job was done and how friendly and accomodating the technician's were!
The only issue we have is the steps going downstairs did not turn out - it looks like there are rust spots on them - not sure what happened but the rest turned out great!
