Cleaning without chemicals. No after smell except that nice orange pretreatment. Carpets looked great, all standing up straight! I don't like all the add-on you have once you get to the home. I do realize that all rug cleaning companies do that but you forget about it until its too late.

I liked absolutely everything. I had a terrible problem with blood spots from something I was not aware of tracked EVERYWHERE during a 2 HOUR long distance walk throughout the condo.

The two gentleman that were here, Chris and another gentleman whose name I forgot, were fabulous.

I will never have anyone else clean the carpet and will always hope to get Chris and his associate every time.
