Tony, your rep was very thorough in making sure I had no questions. In the past, when I have had my carpets cleaned one price is quoted to me and then they try to talk you into this that and the other. The carpets looked good

The people who picked up the phone were friendly and helpful. Makes a person feel comfortable. So were the guys who came out to clean the carpet. They were friendly and honest. They said our place was a lot smaller then what was figured and the estimate was originally more so they didnt charge us more then they should.

After 10 years my carpet looks almost new. It feels great to walk on and they took out old stains that I thought would never come out. The service guys were informative about your services, products and reasons why carpets wear so much. They were also very professional. I have recommended your organization to everyone I have talked to!!!

The carpets looked great. Tyler did a wonderful job and was very, very personable and professional. We will certainly continue to use Zerorez and specifically ask for Tyler. We've whole-heartedly recommended Zerorez to our friends already!!!

This is the first time I have used your company. I liked that the products are all natural. The gentlemen that came to my house gave me options but never pressured me. I decided to purchase the at home pet and stain removers and I look forward to seeing the results and being able to have free refills.
