John, who cleaned our carpet was very friendly, helpful, amenable to our suggestions and responsive to our questions and concerns. He is definitely a fine representative of your company. He was able to get most of the stains out and was very careful about making sure no dirt or snow was tracked in.

Fast, carpets look good so far, but has only been 1 week. No chemical residue after. Person cleaning my carpet was honest on what would come out and what wouldn't and what might come back and why.

After the carpet was cleaned I felt like I was in a brand new house. This is the second time I have used Zerorez.
