It was easy to setup the appointment, Customer service definitely comes first; are appointment to clean our store was on a Sunday during a Blizzard and they were still there on time even!!

Service was great, the service technician knew his products well and did a great job! He said out carpets would be dry in 8-12 hours and he was right... we've heard that before from other companies and we didn't hold our breath.... but he was right and we're very impressed.

Great technician, service and results

No soap on the carpet, no soap smell. But the protectant has an odor I didn't like.

I had an 11-2 o'clock appointment window, Bill called prior to 11 and promptly arrived at 11. Bill was incredibly professional and thorough in his job. He made sure the carpet was cleaned and went over some troublesome spots until they were completely cleaned. I would highly recommend zerorez to anyone I know who is in need of carpet cleaning services. I would also like to specifically thank Bill, he did a wonderful job and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with how the carpets looked.

Your representatives are always very kind and friendly when they come to service our carpets. Both times we have used you, each one has been understanding of our wants for the cleaning and also been very kind to our inquisitive child who ask alot of questions. And we are always very pleased with the outcome afterwards and that there is nothing left behind in the carpets that we have to worry about with our small dog.

Appointment time was met; work done efficiently and complete, good instructions for us home-owner to do to allow carpet to dry, provided foot botties for our feet when on wet carpet. It looks good.

I like that you don't use soap or shampoos in your cleaning. I also like that the carpets weren't "crunchy" after they were cleaned. Your employees were professional, polite, & explained the process & products very clearly. This is the first time I've used Zerorez & it won't be the last.
