It was a very through job. I have had cleaning services in the past that make one swipe, and they are done. He went over each area a few times before moving on - it was deep cleaning. We had changed furniture and he was able to remove the old dirt paths and raise the carpet where it has been permanently pressed down by old furniture. My carpet is 22 years old, and it looks like new again. Great job!

I like the fact that there is little water left in the carpet when you are done.

I was not aware there was a $14.95 charge for water and supplies. its not a huge amount of money but it is not included in the advertised price. Would like to know that up front

From my initial phone call to the follow up correspondence, Zerorez has been amazing!!

The service tech, Pat is a true professional and was a pleasure to work with.

Pat and Zerorez's empowered water were able to eliminate a reoccurring ink bleeding problem that arose a few months after our carpet was installed. We had several areas that ink would bleed thru to the top of the carpet (the issues was due to the contractor writing on the back of the carpet with a black Sharpie prior to installation). We didn't expect to ever not have black ink show thru our white carpet but, much to our amazement, the stains are gone.

Going forward, Zerorez will be the company we use.
