Chemical Free Service

Service people have always been nice and knowledgable but the staff scheduling appointments have been a challenge.

I've been very happy the 3 previous times I've used Zerorez. However this last time I am disappointed. Not only were the stains not removed, but they seem bigger due to the cleaning. I wish it had worked this time.

We had no problem making the appointment and having the service person out in two or three days. The service person was very professional as he worked in our home. He had us watch as he cleaned so we could see the difference from the uncleaned to the cleaned area. He gave us a timeframe of when we could remove the plastic from under the legs of chairs and when it would be totally dry. It was not that damp when he was finished and we could walk on it in our white stocking feet. There was no odor from dampness or cleaning supplies. It was a fresh smell. And he put a protective coating on it. And he was very nice.

Fast and clean

Everything went as planned. On time, educated, courteous, worked hard, and overall effective. My only minor complaint would be the residue left on the wood floor in the foyer. White residue that I needed a wet towel to clean up. Other than that...good.

Our carpet came out looking GREAT, despite the numerous spots of (small dog) accidents that we had tried to clean ourselves.

the two gtechnicians were very professional and personable - Deron and Dennis They did a thorough job. Not only did they arrive on time but they called and asked to come 30 minutes early

Carpets had no residue after and all stains removed. We were not expecting miracle but it was great. The tech was OUTSTANDING. very polite and professional. My wife daid he was informative but not pushy. We plan on doing basement in spring and hope we get same tech.
