This time the service was awesome due to Eric! He was prompt, profession and personable. He did an amazing job of explaining treatment for a few pet spots we had and he was off cleaning the carpet. He put up the plastic shields by corners (1st time for this). He just really paid attention to the details and importance of making he customer happy. You are lucky to have Eric on your team!!!

Scott Lloyd explained each step he was doing, the various treatments for carpet cleaning. He explained the protective treatment and how it would benefit our carpet. The citrus smell was light and fresh. We were very pleased with the service.

The process makes my carpets look much newer and fresher as when they were new. I feel like my home is much cleaner after Zerorez has come. The technician was very curtious, knowledgable, and professional. Also, I think the services are affordable for the benefit that we get.
